About the role

As a Team Leader it will be your duty to oversee the day to day running of the service. This will include supporting the staff team and the people supported.

We are looking for candidates who have obtained a NVQ Level 3 in health and social care.

There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in.

As a Team Leader you will be required to be part of the On Call rota for the service. You will be paid an additional £10 per session.

Minimum of 2 years of experience working in complex care - essential
Experience in team leading or working in senior support worker role - essential
Strong understanding of person-centred care and co-production principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with complex needs.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
