Summary
To support the assessment of children and young people with intellectual disabilities Hold a caseload of patients and to be supervised by a registered Nurse Multi-Disciplinary Team working with the entire Learning Disability Community Team to deliver holistic, evidence based, assessments and interventions Deliver, under supervision, specific therapeutic interventions to meet the physical, emotional and psychological, social, cultural and spiritual needs of individuals and carers.
