We are looking for someone to effectively provide administrative support to the Estates and Facilities Department. Some of the job roles will include: Regularly communicating with relevant IC24 staff about Estates, Facilities, and Transport matters. Liaising with external organisations, suppliers, and contractors as needed. Process and action Estates and Facilities work requests using IC24 IT systems, based on internal reports and service requests from IC24 sites. Perform general administrative tasks as assigned and within your capability. Manage the calendars of the Head of Estates & Facilities and Facilities Managers. Who are we?
