Founded in 2012, Caerdav is one of the UK’s only truly independent, fully approved and certified MRO organisation. Operating out of a modern facility in ST. Athan, Wales, our team of highly skilled technicians and engineers work on a variety of aircraft , including Airbus A320 family and the Boeing 737, 757 and 767.
To align with our ambitious plans for growth, we are looking for a Part-time Finance Assistant (20 hours per week) to support the Finance Department.
The successful applicant will support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Review invoices and contracts for accuracy and compliance.
Providing support to the Finance department as needed, including participation in ad-hoc projects assigned by the Financial Controller
Takes a proactive approach to Accounting activity, anticipating potential opportunities
A minimum of two years of Finance or Accounting experience, with a complete understanding of purchase ledger and accounts receivable
Extremely strong Excel skills.
Be able to adapt to new systems and embrace technology
Must have strong work ethic and be well organised
Detail-oriented, professional attitude, reliable
