Job Description:
We're looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. As our email marketing specialist is responsible for creating and executing email marketing campaigns to promote products, services, or content to a target audience. They play a crucial role in driving customer engagement, retention, and ultimately, sales or conversions through strategic email communications.

Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Strategy and Planning:
• Develop email marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan and execute email campaigns, considering audience segmentation, timing, and content relevance.

2. Email Content Creation:
• Write compelling email copy that resonates with the target audience.
• Design visually appealing emails

3. Audience Segmentation and Targeting:
• Segment email lists based on demographics, behaviors, and preferences.
• Personalize email content and messaging to increase relevance and engagement.

4.Campaign Performance Monitoring and Optimisation:
• Monitor key email marketing metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Use analytics and insights to refine targeting strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

5. Compliance and Deliverability:
• Ensure email campaigns comply with regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
• Monitor email deliverability and take steps to minimize spam and maximize inbox placement.

6. CRM and Email Automation:
• Set up automated email campaigns (e.g., abandoned cart reminders) to nurture leads and enhance customer relationships.
• Utilize CRM systems and email marketing platforms to manage email lists, workflows, and automation.

7.Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate reports on email campaign performance and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Continuously analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.


Qualifications:

• Experience or passion in email marketing, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Constant Contact.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Passion for technology and customer-centric marketing.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate.


This role is open to recent graduates or those without commercial experience who can demonstrate passion and interest.
