• Salary: ranging from £30,000 to £34,000
• Working days / hours: range between 40-45 hours within a 5/6 day week
• Benefits: 28 days paid holiday (pro rata), employer’s pension contribution

Duties of this role is to maintain high standards of production and crafting working in a team of production staff in a successful tooling / instruments' environment in jewellery design. The process of preparing detailed drawings, specifications and scale models before the hands-on ‘making’ starts and of creating finished items.

To qualify for selection you must have the following minimum requirements: -

• Eligibility to live and work in UK
• Using precious metals using labour intensive manufacturing and craftsmanship
• Positions article over snarling tool and raises design area, using foot-powered hammer
• Producing designs and blueprints either for mass production or small-scale handcraft production
• Chasing and repoussé: engraving a raised pattern on the metal by hand or computer-aided design
• Electro-plating, Engine turning
• Proven previous experience at required skill level


In addition you should also be:-

• Experience of jewellery making, silversmith, goldsmith, metal production/ manufacturing.
• Enthusiastic and positive team player
• Happy to do a hands-on labour-intensive manufacturing manual role
• Have an eye for detail
• Be able to coordinate various parts of a manufacturing process
