- Individual Support: Provide additional support to students with special educational needs on a 1:1 basis, within the classroom, and in smaller groups.
- Engagement: Help students engage in their lessons and learning, encouraging interaction.
- Academic Assistance: Support children with reading, writing, and their classwork.
- Progress Tracking: Keep track of pupils' progress and liaise with the class teacher and school SENCO to update on progress.
- Lesson Delivery: Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery.
