Responsibilities:
• Complete level 2/level 3 repairs based on expertise
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mobile phone issues
• Maintain repair equipment for efficiency
• Achieve daily output targets
• Coach and mentor junior team members
• Perform relamination if competent or open to learning
• Collaborate with team members for a productive work environment

Desirable Requirements:
• Ability to solder
• Skills in relamination
• Micro-soldering capability
• Supervisor experience
