We are now recruiting for a Project Manager to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our projects, managing client expectations, and protecting our commercial interests.

As a Project Manager, you will:

- Manage a team to ensure work is carried out in full conformance with quality, environmental and safety standards.

- Be an expert and provide guidance and direction to ensure operational excellence.

- Coordinate and control the on-site construction process ensuring the site build progresses in line with plan.

- Manage project in line with CDM regulations and ensure health and safety is managed on site.

- Support the overall programming and planning of the build.

- Manage groundworks and internal fit out.

- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure that contracts are delivered in accordance with project agreements and best practice.

- Attend site meetings, effectively communicate and provide information for Progress Reports.

- Manage and Track project budget and agree variations with Clients throughout project.

- Operational support including review of procedures, best practices and initiatives.

- Collaborate with architects, contractors, business managers, designers, carpenters, and site crews.

- Ensure the highest standards of work and safety on-site.

- Manage and communicate safe systems of work for our site teams.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), CAD.

- Ability to read, interpret, and process technical information and drawings.

- Excellent attention to detail and quality control.

- Strong communication skills to explain technical information clearly to clients and colleagues.

Experience and Qualifications:

- Experience in Construction Management is essential

- HNC (Construction) and SMSTS qualifications are beneficial, but we offer support to obtain these.

- Interest in Green Oak Framing, Timber Framing and Modern Methods of Construction.
