The Rural Payments Agency is an executive agency of the UK Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra), delivering over £2 billion in payments to farmers, traders and landowners each year.

As part of the Customer Engagement Directorate, you will be helping farmers and rural businesses understand how to access our schemes and services.
We are a diverse team across multiple functions, all with the purpose of supporting and improving the customer experience.
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Insight Managers who will:
- Collect and analyse robust and varied insight to champion the voice of the customers and understand how we can deliver the best customer service
- Maximise technology to gather and present useful, informed feedback to influence service delivery
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, acting as a liaison between the data analytics team and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of insights.
- Contribute to the strategic vision of the Rural Payments Agency (RPA) through innovative thinking and analysis.
Some roles may include line management responsibilities and there will be a requirement for regular travel.
