Summary
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Support Workers. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to our service user with complex health needs in their own homes. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those requiring assistance, with the flexibility of working hours to suit you whether that be Full Time, Part Time or ad-hoc.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide patient care and support in accordance with individual care plans
- Assist with behavior management techniques
- Provide person centred care with empathy, compassion, dignity an respect, always promoting independence and choice
**Experience:**
- Prior experience in patient care preferred but not essential
- Ability to prepare meals and assist with domestic duties
