Summary

Leasing Associate

Location: 180 Stratford, E15 2FD

Salary: £26,678 - £27,830 + bonus + benefits (depending on experience)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Leasing Associates work 5 days out of 7,between the hours of 8am and 8pm. Weekends will be required on a rota basis.

The role

Join Unite Group and be part of our friendly team. Your top priorities will be delivering an outstanding leasing journey, whilst providing excellent customer service. As a Leasing Associate you will have the opportunity to make a real impact at work, enriching lives with meaningful interactions.

What you`ll be doing as a Leasing Associate:

Manage all new enquiries, viewings and the lettings process, including renewals.

Manage the resident contracting process, ensuring compliance with all standards, legislation and Uniteprocesses, controls and policies

Manage applicant checks, including referencing, ensuring that applicants are correctly screened and commercial risk managed

Undertake inspections of both occupied and vacant properties, to ensure apartments are maintained at the required standard, reporting breaches or maintenance issues

Manage Rightmove listings: Regularly monitor how many and for how long properties are on line.

Complete weekly competitor analysis on the local market

Prepare show homes for viewings

Support the ongoing function of the office and availability to residents by manning phones, lobby spaces and adopting different roles if required due to holiday cover

Organise and attend Events held for residents.

Act as a positive ambassador for the Unite Groupoffer at all available opportunities

Assist team members with ad hoc tasks where required
