Summary

Full Time - Fixed Term for 24 months

The role of Digital Learning Facilitator is an exciting opportunity to assist the Digital Learning Manager in advising and guiding students in the use of a range of digital technologies including the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), lecture capture tools and Microsoft 365 apps to integrate technology and improve digital literacy skills.

You will contribute to the success of the University’s Digital Strategy and the Active Learning Framework (ALF), supporting and assisting in various key areas including the use of the University VLE and other digital tools.

You should be a recent graduate or have relevant work experience. Possessing excellent communication and customer service skills you should be able to work as part of a team or independently.

You should be ICT proficient with practical experience of different digital packages and applications. Confidence in handling new systems is required and a proactive approach to maintaining your ICT and digital literacy to a sufficient level to support students is required.

The ability to communicate through the medium of Welsh is desirable for this post.
