We are recruiting for a Domestic Maintenance Technician to join on an adhoc basis.
As a vital member of our team, the Domestic Maintenance Technician will contribute to the provision of maintenance services while strictly adhering to health and safety guidelines and regulations.
The role entails executing various maintenance tasks to uphold our service standards.

As a vital member of our team, the Domestic Maintenance Technician will contribute to the provision of maintenance services while strictly adhering to health and safety guidelines and regulations.
The role entails executing various maintenance tasks to uphold our service standards.
Main Duties / Tasks:
- Ensure all duties are performed in compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act, reporting accidents and incidents as necessary.
- Perform joinery, glazing, painting, decorating, and plumbing maintenance duties as required.
- Conduct safety inspections and general maintenance tasks as needed.
- Source and order spare parts and equipment as necessary.
- Ensure correct use and safe operation of machinery, equipment, and materials.
- Work effectively and efficiently to provide services to agreed standards, utilising available resources.
- Notify line supervisor of defects or maintenance requirements within designated areas of responsibility.
- Embrace industry training and development, attending relevant courses and supporting safety initiatives.
- Participate in inspections and contribute to improvement processes.
- Undertake additional duties within competency as requested by the manager.

- Fully qualified or time served in at least one trade e.g. joinery, plumbing, electrician with minimum of 2 years experience
