Summary
Soft Services Manager - Doncaster
£35,500 per annum (depending on experience)
Monday - Friday role! 7.5 hours per day
We are seeking an experienced Soft Services Manager with experience in the facilities management industry to join our team based in Doncaster.

The selected individual will be responsible for ensuring that the team are focused and attending their duties as delegated. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that any escalations are dealt with in swift and timely manner along with building strong relationships with all members of staff and client on site.
This role will oversee:
- Catering
- Cleaning
- Security Services
- Management of the Security team always ensuring an excellent customer and guest experience.
- Management of the Cleaning Team ensuring a proactive service always delivering a clean and fresh environment.
- Management of the Catering Team ensuring all legislative requirements are adhered to and the food offer is fully compliant.
- Maintain cleaning material and disposable stock levels, ensuring replenishment orders placed as required.
- Maintain food stocks to ensuring replenishment orders are placed on time for continuity of service.
- People management and client relationships.
- Service line auditing
- Financial accruement
- An enthusiastic self-motivated individual with a overall FM knowledge, with a catering specialism.
- Passion for excellent customer service and a can-do attitude.
- Ability to manage client relationships and communications.
- Excellent organisation and people management skills.
- Clear and concise thinker and communicator.
- Good IT skills with experience of Microsoft Office.
- UK Driving Licence.
- Experience of managing and instructing a team, dealing with challenging HR issues.
- Proactive and flexible approach to customer service and service delivery.
- Available to support and supervise out of hours works as required.
- Ability to ‘think outside of the box’ and solution a problem without impacting customer experience.
