Summary

Introduction to the role:

We are developing a new Supported Living service in Hove and we are looking for someone experienced in working in a Supported Living setting to lead the service. The service will support 10 people in two smaller shared services and 4 individual flats.

Brief outline of the role:

As Service Manager in this service you will expected to supervise a team of Support Workers and a Team Leader, ensure the quality of the service and ensure the people we support are living their lives in line with the Grace Eyre Charter. The role also includes being part of our On Call Rota and you may need to work evenings and weekends if required.
