Summary
Our client is a well-maintained and organised manufacturing company who is dedicated to growth, consistently employing and training new starters. We are currently seeking motivated Assembly Operatives to join our welcoming team. Training in cable harness (IPC) is preferred, but if you have experience with complex mechanical and electro mechanical components with the ability to read engineering drawings we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete tasks safely and in line with company H&S policies.
- Use various hand and bench tools.
- Manufacture cable harnesses and loom assemblies.
- Interpret engineering drawings and work instructions to produce assemblies and components.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality in mechanical / electro mechanical assembly tasks.
- Adhere to 5S principles and Lean fundamentals.
Essential Experience / Skills:
- Experience in Cable harness assembly.
- Mechanical experience.
- Proficiency with multiple hand tools.
- Computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft platforms.
- Patience and problem solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
