Summary
To work closely with the frailty lead pharmacist to support the development, delivery and evaluation of the clinical pharmacy service to the frailty wards including the Acute Frailty Unit and the Virtual Ward. To supervise and develop other members of the pharmacy staff in the provision of pharmacy services to the frailty specialty. To provide expert pharmaceutical advice to members of the frailty MDT.
