Summary

We are in search for a Pulmonary Rehab Support Worker within the Planned & Proactive Care Unit : Community Health Services Division. We are looking to recruit a flexible and compassionate Pulmonary Rehab Support Worker to join our service within Mid Notts. You will work along side other Specialist Services including Respiratory Nurse Specialists and Oxygen Nurse Specialists. One a day to day basis you will work closely with the Specialist PR Physiotherapists to deliver a holistic and comprehensive Pulmonary Rehabilitation programme to patients in a community setting (Health Centre or Community venue) or in a patients own homes. Your main responsibilities would be : To assist in the provision of Pulmonary Rehabilitation service by implementing an agreed programme, set by the Specialist Physiotherapist, working at times without direct supervision. To provide Pulmonary Rehabilitation with the aim of improving function for people with diagnosed lung conditions, through individual treatment plans, exercise programmes and education.
