As a (DV) Linux Systems Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our IT infrastructure. You'll ensure everything runs smoothly and securely, playing a critical role in our continued success. See the job description below for further details!
What you'll need to succeed
- Non-negotiable: Possess a current DV clearance, or occasionally one that was obtained within the last three months
- You're a Linux Systems Engineer/Administrator, with a proven track record.
- Extensive knowledge of every facet of the RedHat / CentOS operating system, including system design, installation, and ongoing maintenance.
- Experience of automation, including Ansible and Puppet
- Familiarity with the RHEL Performance monitoring approach and adjusting according to application requirements.
- Exposure to guest integration such as application-aware backups and virtualisation technologies.
- You are capable of working both autonomously and productively with the non-technical business operations team and the development team.
