Summary
Are you passionate about supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Behavioural needs? An Alternative Provision is seeking a dedicated Behavioural Support Assistant to provide one-to-one support for students. You'll work in a respectful and inclusive environment, collaborating with teachers and parents to guide and support the behaviour of individual learners.
Role: Behavioural Support Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the emotional, social, and behavioural needs of students aged 4-16 years
- Assist teachers in the classroom by promoting respectful behaviour and helping students with their work
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop individualized curriculums and programs for students
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in supporting individuals with Social, Emotional, and Behavioural needs
- Excellent communication skills
- Approachable and passionate about mentoring and supporting students
- Safeguarding Children training
- TeamTeach training
