Summary
Buckley Town Council is seeking to appoint a highly efficient Personal Assistant to support the Town Clerk for 12 months to deliver a range of actions identified to ensure the responsibilities of the Council are met.
The Council is looking for someone with relevant experience, skills and knowledge in Local Government or in a similar environment to the role.
Applicants must be enthusiastic, organised and committed with excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as being IT literate. Attention to detail and accuracy will be essential in this role.
This post will be part of a small but busy and varied work environment.
The post will involve interaction with the Councillors, contractors, members of the public and the Buckley community.
Hours: 27.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday
Salary: NALC SCP 18 to 23 - £29,269 to £32,076 pro rata based on
contracted hours
