Summary

Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care to elderly residents in our care home. The ideal candidate will have a passion for senior care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and supervise a team effectively. Duties:- Drive the delivery of exceptional care services to residents- Utilise IT systems for recording and updating resident information- Provide senior care assistance with daily activities- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues- Demonstrate leadership skills in guiding and supporting care staff- Develop and implement individualised care plans- Oversee the smooth operation of the care home- Supervise and mentor junior care staff Qualifications:- Previous experience in senior care is essential- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written- Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively- Proficient in creating and implementing care plans- Familiarity with working in a care home environment- Strong IT skills for record keeping and documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: £15.50-£16.00 per hour
