Summary
Main responsibilities include undertakingthe specialist lead/responsible/authorised person and/or support role for the following technical site wide services as required by the Head of Estates (Operations): High Voltage Services Low Voltage Services Generators UPS/IPS Services Fire Alarm Service maintenance Pneumatic tube systems Lifts and lifting equipment. Provide specialist and professional operational maintenance expertise and advice to senior management of the Trust and external agencies. To manage and prioritise own workload and provide specialist advice in relation to Operational maintenance. Undertake duties covering operational and technical advice, liaise with the external inspectorates and other statutory authorities and develop, implement and review the organisations operational safety policy and procedures.
