Summary
Job Description Role Summary: Working in accordance with the NMC Code of Conduct, the post-holder will: Provide assessment, treatment, screening, health education services, and advice to patients. Maintain accurate records as per NMC standards. Contribute to the practice's achievement of GMC contract obligations, QOF, and BQC. Responsibilities: Patient Care: Deliver nursing treatments independently and in collaboration with nurse colleagues and general practitioners. Provide health education services and advice. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records following NMC standards. Protocols and Guidelines: Follow practice-agreed protocols and guidelines. Professional Development: Ensure required level of training and competence. Operate within patient group directions where applicable.
