Currently recruiting for Support Practitioners offering; 37 hours, 22.5 hours and 15 hours per week via a staff rota system.

The service operates between 8am and 10pm daily over 7 days. A flexible approach is required due to the role including weekends and public holidays.

The Service operates from 8am until 10pm over 7 days across two bases in Dundee. All the adults we support have a learning disability and /or physical disability and complex communication support needs.

• Hillview - offers a more therapeutic type of support using a base where there are activity spaces available to support on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis.
• Community Links - is a drop-in space offering a place to rest, join in an activity, eat or be supported with personal care.

Our enthusiastic team pride themselves in assisting the people they support to live a full, active and independent lifestyle, despite any challenges they face. Our services offer excellent facilities and opportunities for these individuals to be involved in a range of activities. Our team also provide a safe, warm space to meet up and socialise with their peers, all while receiving specialist therapeutic support.
