Summary
Team overview: Help Through Hardship helpline. Digital
across West Sussex delivering a National service to prove
food provision and income maximisation.
Role overview: To provide high quality information and advice to
residents in a range of subjects including welfare
benefits, debt, housing, energy advice and employment.
We are seeking candidates with helpline or busy call
centre/ digital advice experience. Training in advice areas
can be given to the candidates who can demonstrate the
necessary research, customer service and digital skills
required for this job.
