Summary
Position: Receptionist & Administrative Assistant
Nature of contract: Permanent, term time only plus 10 days (40 weeks)
FTE salary: B3 SCP 7-11, £24,294 – £25,979
Actual salary: £21,315 - £22,796
Working hours: 37 hours

Bishop Young C of E Academy is a thriving and highly successful 11-16 Church of England convertor Academy which serves the community of East Leeds. We are part of Abbey Multi Academy Trust and share in the Trust mission to work In Partnership to 'Educate, Nurture and Empower'.
We wish to appoint a friendly, enthusiastic Admissions and Administrative Assistant with a “can do” approach to join our busy General Office who has excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask and work accurately as part of a team. This will be under the guidance of the Office Manager within an agreed programme of supervision, to provide a range of administrative and reception functions to effectively support teaching and learning of the Academy. Applicants must be able to demonstrate excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
