Summary
Job Title: Sales Support Coordinator
Salary: £25000 pa
Location: Newcastle under Lyme
Working hours: 8am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday
An excellent opportunity has arisen with our Manufacturing client in the Newcastle under Lyme area. As a Sales Support Coordinator you will work closely with the sales team to ensure all queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities:
• Provide online customers with sales support over the webchat.
• Provide quotations and technical sales advice to customers
• Deal with any inbound calls to the sales department
• Run monthly reports for sale and orders processed
• Support to Sales Order Processing as required - Accurately inputting orders onto Sage business system when required
Key skills required:
• Excellent communication skills
• Be very organised
• Attention to detail
• Ideally with have deal with sales order processing and quotes
• Attention to detail
• IT literate
