Summary
DUTIES MAY INCLUDED BUT ARE NOT LMITED TO:
-The supervision of building fabric staff and monitoring performance.
-Liaison with clients.
-Allocation of works to team.
-To ensure the company Health and Safety policy is adhered to.
-To ensure compliance with the MITIE Maintenance Quality Management System as it applies to this position.
-Prioritising engineer's workload and tasks.
-Ensuring PM's are completed on time.
-Working closely with the client, contractors, and engineers alike.
-Obtaining quotes and working with admin to get them put onto the clients system.
-Working with Maximo, Power BI.
-Monitoring and manging KPI's.
-Daily management meetings.
-Working closely with the Terminal Supervisor.
-Ordering materials.
-Ensuring appropriate competencies are maintained to execute work.
Person Specification :
-Proven Supervisory skills
· Proactive and self-motivated
· Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
· Good IT skills with understanding of CAFM
· Challenging and inquisitive mind set
· Organised individual who can prioritise workload
· Good team player
