Summary

South Woodham Ferrers Leisure Centre is one of Chelmsford City Council’s leisure facilities, offering a variety of sporting activities where there is something for everyone. Every member of staff plays their role, working within a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work as part of a team within the pools complex. The successful applicant must be a confident communicator and have excellent customer care skills and hold the National Pool Lifeguard qualification. The post holder will be responsible for the health and safety of users of our swimming pools as well as other areas of the Centre whilst also ensuring the hygiene and cleanliness of the pools complex is maintained.

We have a full time position at 37 hours per week.

The centre operates from 6.00am to 10.30pm, including weekends and bank holidays, so flexibility is a must.
