Summary
Do you have an excellent customer service manner, are you someone who is comfortable to make outbound calls and prospect new business through warm leads?
Are you money motivated and target driven, wanting more out of your role!
If you have previously worked in telecoms and communications, with a good knowledge around VOIP, whether that be maintenance, troubleshooting, customer service, sales or more, then this could be the ideal role for you!
Monday – Friday - (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM) (Friday 9:00 -3PM)
Location – Office only

Salary: £26,000 - £38,000 Annual salary given Negotiable DOE (OTE of £40K in Year 1; £70,000+ UNCAPPED in Year 2)

What will you be doing?
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, through warm data leads and customer enquiries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, engaging and communicating regularly with key decision makers.
Present and demonstrate a range of telecom solutions, with a focus on VOIP services specifically.
Meet and exceed sales targets – with no cap on commission earned!
Provide excellent customer support and follow-up with all information recorded on to the company CRM.
