Job title - Deputy Nursing Home Manager
Location - Edmonton
Salary - £45,000 - £55,000 DOE
We are currently seeking an experienced Deputy Manager for a small care home facility in the senior care sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management and supervision of daily operations within the nursing home, ensuring high-quality care services are provided to residents.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the care home
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the nursing team
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members in delivering compassionate care
- Supervise and support nursing staff in providing personalised care to residents
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines within the assisted living facility
Skills:
- Experience in senior care or nursing home management
- Strong understanding of care plans and patient assessment
- Leadership qualities with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff members
