JOB OVERVIEW
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Construction Worker / Labourer / Building Site Operative who has previous experience with excellent time management skills and a pro-active work ethic.
Working as a Construction Worker / Labourer / Building Site Operative you will support a number of large projects with setup and cleanup of the site, operating heavy machinery and equipment, transporting materials and assisting tradespeople such as carpenters, bricklayers and electricians when on site.
As a Construction Worker / Labourer / Building Site Operative you will receive additional training on any machinery you’re not familiar with and be provided with full PPE.

DUTIES
Your duties as a Construction Worker / Labourer / Building Site Operative include:
• Assisting with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
• Operating heavy machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Handling and transporting materials and equipment
• Assisting tradespeople such as carpenters, bricklayers, and electricians
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations on-site
• Performing manual labour tasks as required
• Reporting any issues or hazards to the site manager
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry
• Knowledge of basic construction procedures, tools, and equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong physical stamina and manual dexterity
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid CSCS card (preferred)
• Right to work in the UK
