Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work across the age ranges, including Key Stage 1, within a classroom setting, and to meet specific duties in respect of children with additional learning needs and SEND. The successful applicant will have experience of working with children in a school setting, the ability to relate well to children and adults, and will be able to work effectively as part of a team.
We are looking for a candidate who will value all children, be extremely patient, understanding and have a positive and motivating approach. You will need to be flexible and happy to work in a team and show initiative and independence. A sense of humour and the ability to work with others sensitively are both essential.
