Summary

Brightwork are supporting our client with the recruitment of multiple remote working Customer Experience Advisor's to join their Customer Excellence team on a temporary ongoing basis.

This role offers flexible working hours through the day (morning, afternoon, evening), working on either a part time or full time basis across the week, occasional weekend work is required. This is a fully remote role with immediate start available.

Duties will include:

- Engaging with customers across social media platforms including Facebook, Facebook groups, Instagram and TikTok
- Responding and resonating with a wide range of comments
- Working as a wider team to ensure a positive experience for everyone engaging with the brand
- Active presence on social media, monitoring trends and opportunities for growth

The successful candidate:

- Someone who can demonstrate experience with working with people in a similar environment
- Active user of social media channels, knowledge of current trends and ways to improve the brand
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Strong social pulse and understand when to escalate potential issues
- Ability to manage your own time whilst working from home
