Responsibilities and KPIs
Supply: Grow the days per week (100< per week)
Supply: Grow the live candidates available for work in targeted areas
Permanent: Grow placement value of your desk (£200k< per annum)
Permanent: Maintain an annual pipeline of perm candidates
Compliance: Sending candidates to compliance for vetting (10< per week)
Support the Eteach CSM team: add value and upsell when direct recruitment opportunities have been qualified
Support the Eteach CSM team: identify and communicate opportunities for licence discussions with team leaders (commission split)
Support the Sales team: Provide emergency direct recruitment for prospects
Support the Sales team: Collaborate with the sales team to communicate key opportunities and book meetings for MAT/Large school groups (commission split)
Marketing: Build your personal brand and relationships for the benefit of your desk
Our ideal candidate
Experienced supply or permanent recruitment consultant OR Qualified teacher (particularly PE teachers)
Graduate or Certificate Recruitment Consultant Practice (Level 3)
Proven connections with teachers and/or schools
Competitive and resilient personality
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Excellent knowledge of the British education system
SEN experience desirable
