Summary

We are currently seeking a Survey Administrator to join our thriving team within the Conservatory Living Space Division at the National Administration Centre based in Norwich. At its core, the role is responsible for providing communications to the customer and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing and management of customers contracts, ensuring workflows and daily duties are accurately updated
• Key point of contact for external and internal customers by telephone, email, and written communications
• Preparation of accurate customer letters for suspensions, rejections and general communications
• Preparation of Installation Packs
• Banking of customer payments ready for installation in line with banking policies
• Successful handling of customer queries, complaints, and cancellations
• Assisting teams within the department to achieve the targets set
• Completing tasks within required deadlines and with high level of accuracy on one’s own and as part of a team

Key Skills:

• Customer Service (by telephone and/or face to face)/Administration experience
• Ability to communicate both written and verbally at all levels
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• GCSE’s or equivalent in Math’s and English
• Excellent telephone manner
• Motivated, honest and accountable
• High level of accuracy
