Join our team as a Site Supervisor, where you'll liaise with Contract Managers, Supervisors, Clients, Surveyors, and Contract Staff to ensure project success. Your duties include prioritizing safety by promptly reporting incidents, managing PPE, and enforcing safe practices. Uphold quality standards through daily checks, inspections, and compliance with company policies. Additionally, handle post-contract duties, financial responsibilities, and general operational tasks, ensuring efficient project management. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a positive work culture, promoting training, and maintaining professionalism. Basic IT proficiency, communication skills, health and safety knowledge, and effective leadership are essential. Mandatory training includes induction, manual handling, working at height, asbestos awareness, and health and safety responsibilities. Engage with clients promptly, provide project support, and address concerns. Operations-wise, manage budgets, optimize equipment usage, and ensure timely completion of tasks. A full driving license is required, along with organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
