Liaise is a prominent provider of specialist support services for adults with learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs. Our range of services includes residential care homes and supporting living accommodations.



The Role

As the Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in driving our communication, marketing, and sales enablement activities. We seek someone who is highly organised, responsive, and capable of getting things done efficiently and effectively.



Key Responsibilities:



Digital and Content Marketing

• Managing content schedule and forward plan for all marketing activities to include weekly and monthly schedule of content across channels (covering email marketing, social media, website and internal comms).

• Developing impactful content that has clear calls to action and results in increased engagement.

• Gathering and producing effective content for marketing material that engages our audience. Manage social media communities, growing follower numbers and engagement.



Internal and External Communications

• Manage inboxes for social media and internal stakeholders, responding to queries in a timely manner and escalating where needed.

• Delivering internal communications to enhance employee engagement and convey the company's values and goals.

• Supporting your colleagues in establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and local authorities.

• Creating marketing materials that adhere to brand guidelines while being sensitive to the needs of our audience.



Sales Management

• Support the development and optimisation of the CRM system.



Customer Journey

• Managing and refining the company's website to optimise user experience, leading to an increase in referrals from commissioners and enquiries from families seeking support.



Public Relations

• Enhancing the company's public profile with content focused on outcomes and successes.



Budget Management and Analysis

• Ensure all activity delivers maximum impact.

• Analysing campaign data to assess ROI and the effectiveness of different marketing strategies.



Person Specification

Education and Qualifications

• Essential: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.



Experience

• Experience in marketing, ideally within the healthcare or social care sector.

• Experience using a range of marketing tools and systems.

• A proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and collaborating with cross-functional teams.



Skills and Abilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal, skills.

• Proficiency in digital marketing channels including content marketing, social media and email marketing.

• Highly organised and responsive.
