Summary
Swift Temps Ltd Industrial Recruitment Division are recruiting for detail-oriented Production Coordinator to work for our client in Bradford, West Yorkshire. In this role, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks to support their sales and operations teams.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Daily/weekly administrative tasks such as approving work orders, resolving invoice queries, and managing stock transfers.
Ensuring accuracy and consistency in all administrative duties.
Investigating and resolving queries in a timely manner.
Supporting environmental and health & safety initiatives.
Encouraging continuous improvement and adhering to company policies.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Requirements:
Proven administrative experience
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay Rate:
£11.44 per hour in addition you will accrue holiday pay
Working hours are:
Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 15:30pm, and Friday 7:00am – 15.20pm.
