The role of Sales Manager will consist of:

Growing and increasing sales in the branch's geographical area.
Continually identifying and developing new and existing business.
Developing strong customer relationships to maximise the full potential of all accounts
The ability to not be afraid of rejection, be it on the phone or face to face.
Working as part of a tightly knit team to achieve high standards of business excellence. Essential Sales Manager Skills:
Cold calling on the telephone willingness and tenacity
The ability to approach companies direct, understanding how to spot a suitable target company
Able to demonstrate sample products confidently face to face to potential clients
The ability to build and sustain professional relationships.
The ability to independently plan, organise and work to tight deadlines.
Smartly presented portraying a professional company image.
