The Role

Job Title: Mental Health Recovery Worker

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

We are looking for a proactive and positive individual to join our incredible service that is making a huge impact on people’s lives in Leicester!

As a Mental Health Recovery Worker, you will provide direct support to people to help manage and maintain their mental health and wellbeing through various methods. You will build and maintain constructive working relationships with people who use our services, carers, colleagues and community networks.

You will work closely with people to achieve their own personal goals and access all the support they need on their recovery journey with a strong people focus, excellent inter-personal skills and a thorough understanding of the issues facing the people using our services.
