Join my clients dynamic team at a leading Facilities Management company. I am supporting with their ongoing search for a day electrical maintenance engineer in one of their flag ship, City of London commercial sites.
- £43,000 - £44,000 + overtime
- Static, large commercial site in City of London
- Monday - Friday days only

Responsibilities:
- Electrical - Lighting
- PPm's
- Reactive maintenance
- Control panel
- Power distribution
- Generators
- Emergency lighting
- Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- BMS System
- UPS Systems
- Plant Rooms
Requirements:
- NVQ / C&G Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship
- 17th or 18th edition
- Experience in building maintenance
