We are looking for a Senior Controller to join our amazing Security team at The O2.

In this role you will

Provide The O2 with a professional, efficient and effective control room service by ensuring Standard Operating Procedure's for Health & Safety and Security are maintained
Support emergency procedures and the Site Duty Manager during major incidents.
Operate and supervise all Control room systems.
Manage the Security Operations Control Centre (SOCC) Control Room Operator employees and identify any training needs
Ensure compliance of control room and CCTV legislation and Data Protection Act 2018
Support our Security Strategy.
We are looking for someone who

Is a SIA CCTV Operator with relevant Control Room Experience
Has experience of working in a customer service environment and is committed to working to high standards and providing the highest level of visitor care
Has previous experience of supervising, developing and motivating teams, ideally in a busy customer facing environment.
Thrives in a very busy environment and maintains patience and empathy even when working under pressure
Has good computer literacy, including all Microsoft Office applications and has the ability to grasp new systems quickly
Is experienced in handling radio and telephone communications.
A real team player, you will collaborate with teams across The O2 to achieve our goals of keeping everyone safe.
