Summary
Establish daily patient lists Each day the AOS nursing team will require a list of patients requiring review - with support from AOS nursing team this list will be gained by looking through the Rappa system, Any triage referrals from the CNS nursing team and highlighting any Oncology patients that have attend ED or AMU as an emergency trigger sent to shared AOS email inbox. Checking and managing tasks from the AOS email shared inbox, ensuring patient referrals are dealt with in a timely manor. Gathering data and creating reports the candidate would be required to visit various clinical locations in the hospital to gather patient related data for audit purposes, once the data is collected it will be transferred to an excel sheet for compliance with a monthly audit. Telephone Triage Service The post holder will be responsible for managing incoming and diverting patient calls. Infoflex (Tags and Outcomes) When patients are reviewed by the AOS nursing team a folder will need opening on Infoflex to capture all AOS information under one heading.
