Job Title: Permanent History Lecturer

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic History Lecturer to join a Further Education College based in Birmingham on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality History lessons.
- Develop and update curriculum materials.
- Assess student progress through various methods.
- Provide feedback and support to students.
- Participate in meetings and professional development.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress.
- Support the college's safeguarding policies.
Qualifications:
- Degree in History or related field.
- Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed).
- Experience teaching History at the FE level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to professional development.
Desirable:
- Experience with e-learning platforms.
- Familiarity with modern pedagogical approaches.
