Come to work for New Beginnings (NE) Ltd as a Team Leader, leading teams and caring for adults with learning disabilities and health needs, living in their own homes, you can make a difference in the lives of the people we care for.

These roles represent a career progression onto the first tier of management and will help you develop your knowledge and skills. You will be expected, after successful probation period, to take part in our on-call system.

The roles combine Support Worker duties alongside leading your team and reporting to Senior Team Leader and Department Manager. You will take some responsibility in supervising staff in your services, always showing encouragement, confidentiality and professionalism.

Team Leader applicants must hold NVQ3 or Diploma in Health & Social Care.

You must be caring, highly motivated and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills.

An enhanced DBS is required, initial costs will be met by the employer and claimed back in deduction of wages.

What we offer:
Hourly rate -
£12.60 - £12.80
Sleep in rate - £95
Hourly rate for bank holidays £15.50
6 weeks paid holiday per year (pro rata) inclusive of bank holidays.
Company health scheme (upon completion of 6 month probationary period).
Meals paid for at work.
Paid Birthday day off.
Excellent progression opportunities.
Successful candidates will be required to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings and bank holidays, sleep ins and possibly waking nights.
