Summary
We’re seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working individual to take on the role of site manager at Junction Business Park. The role largely involves light physical work around the site with a small amount of administration work.
Working days and hours can be tailored to suit the successful candidate but we’d preferably be looking for someone to work 4 days a week, Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm.
Role includes: -
o Landscaping
o Site maintenance
o Site admin
o Overseeing contractors
o Cleaning of office building and facilities
o Assisting with signing up new office and self-storage container tenants
o Liaising with tenants and site security to ensure the smooth running of the estate
A Site Managers storage unit with office will be provided on site.
The ability to undertake minor repairs, decoration and maintenance around the site is preferable but not essential.
The position is available now, but flexibility can be provided to suit a candidate’s circumstances.
Competitive salary available tailored to suit agreed hours with pension scheme.
