Summary
The primary role of an Operative is to ensure that our customers receive product which meets specification and is produced safely and within budget.
An Operative will uphold and promote the company values of Trust, Efficiency, Quality, Expertise and Can-Do

Follow Work Instructions and Safe Working procedures at all times
Only use machinery or tools that you have been trained to use
Only use chemicals that you are trained to use
Reports accident and incidents to help us reduce further occurrences
Adopt a Clean as you Go policy all of the time
Respect your workplace and your work colleagues
Innovation & Development
Provide support for new and/or less experienced operators
Attend your area Top5 meeting and contribute to help improve the business
Actively engage with new technologies and systems
Participate in worker surveys and use your Worker Committee representatives to help better the working environment.
Other responsibilities
Timely reporting of faults or issues that require intervention from other people to ensure safe and efficient working practises.
Support an understanding and philosophy amongst staff in achievement of high standards of workmanship, hygiene and tidiness
Engage in LEAN / CI implementation
